PREPARATIONS are in full swing for the sixth edition of the Saudi Arabia International Oil and Gas Exhibition (Saoge) 2014 which will take place from November 24 to 26 this year at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Centre in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Saoge was launched in November 2008 as the premier event for the oil and gas industry in Saudi Arabia. It was established to meet the requirement for the largest oil producing country in the world to host its own focused oil and gas show. It attracts high-level technical experts, key industry professionals, specialists and decision makers in various sectors of the petroleum Industry.

The event has shown steady growth over the five editions and it continues to receive increased attendance both internationally and in the kingdom.

The kingdom holds a quarter of the world’s proven oil reserves and plays a vital role in meeting the global energy demands, and Saoge provides the perfect opportunity to understand the large role played by the oil and gas sector and the business opportunities it presents to local and international companies.

Over 180 companies from 25 countries were represented at Saoge 2013.  Participating companies come to show their respective tools and technology to current and prospective clients.

Saoge gives exhibitors and visitors the opportunity to meet with and strengthen business relationships, with both private and public companies, research institutions and government agencies for the only show that gathers all the oil and gas leaders working in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia under the same roof.
